Introduction

This webpage initially explains what is happening in the coach licence renewal process when you receive the e-mail from AGB explaining that your coach licence is due for renewal. It then goes onto explain what you need to do to complete this part of the renewal process. To acvhieve two aims, this webpage has been split into the follwing sections:

1. What happens in the process; and
