LAA Zoom (Video Conferencing) Licence

Lancashire have a Zoom licence that can be used by any group of Lancashire Archers for any archery activity.

To date, the Zoom licence has been used for LAA and Club Committee meetings. But the facility can/could be used for coaches to communicate with each other, to coordinate activities for juniors, etc.

The full LAA Zoom licence allows:

  • any number of people to use the video conferencing facility at the same time

  • there is no time limit on the meeting

  • the meeting can be recorded

  • the meeting host can share their screen (to show spreadsheets or PowerPoints to be presented), and the host can allow any participant to do the same.

Mark Leach holds the Zoom Licence on behalf on the LAA.

Contact Mark on web.master@lancashire-archery.org.uk and he will book you a time and date (to avoid clashes!) and send you the Zoom login details – Meeting Name & Password – for you to pass on to your meeting participants.
