2026 General Meeting Letter of Invitation & Agenda

The Lancashire Coaching Subcommittee will be holding a General Meeting on Thursday  29th  October 2026 at 7.30 pm

Venue:  Samlesbury Memorial Hall, Cuerdale Lane, Samlesbury PR5 0UY

This general meeting is open to all Lancashire coaches plus trainee coaches.

At present:

The Lancashire County Coaching Organiser is Gaynor Moorhouse.

The Financial Officer is Di Clarke

The Chair of the Licence Renewal Panel is Simon Stepto (Simon has 2 more years in this role).

If you have any nominations for CCO or Financial Officer please check that the person you have nominated has agreed to be nominated. 

Agenda:

Introduction.  Simon will chair the meeting, and Gaynor will take the minutes.

• CCO report.

• Financial report.

• Election of Officers.

• Any other business.
