Introduction

Once AGB has made a decison relating to your coach licence renewal submission, that decision is then passed onto you either by the Chair of the Coach Licence Renewal Panel or the Lancashire CCO by the issuing of the “CR01/0.5” form (formally the “CR03/02” form). The CR01/0.5 form should be kept safe as this is proof that you hold a valid AGB coach licence and licence expiry date.

If you dissatisfied with the outcome of your licence renewal, you may appeal the against the recommendation of the Panel within one month of the date the CR01/0.5 form was issued. The CR01/0.5 form details how to start the appeal process.
